Theresa has been practicing and learning Iyengar Yoga for many years with various Senior teachers including Alan Good, Pixie Allias, and Julie Hodges.

During the school holidays, Theresa will be teaching classes for 2 weeks on Tuesday evenings: 26 September and 4 October 6-7:30pm.
Theresa is a lovely teacher who has been training for a few years towards becoming a Certified Iyengar teacher.
